The Senate Intelligence Committee is taking the White House to task for a lack of disclosure on the critical issue of “targeted killings.”

The question of increased use of armed drones is associated with the Committee’s general concern, and Senators of both parties are unwilling to move forward without more information from the Obama administration.

In this rare bipartisan sentiment, the committee postponed the vote on Brennan, giving the White House more time to respond to their request for Justice Department memos written on the issue.

Reuter’s reports that both Democrat and Republican members are at odds “over the White House unwillingness to disclose some highly classified legal documents related to ‘targeted killings,’ including the use of lethal drone strikes against suspected militants.”

Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR), said late on Wednesday he was still not satisfied with what the White House had provided…

Senator John McCain is also calling for holding up the Brennan vote until there is more disclosure on the Benghazi massacre.

John Brennan is recognized as “the architect of the U.S. drone program for attacks overseas.”

 Brennan is simply the wrong choice to head the CIA!
