URGENT: Anti-Israel U.N. Vote Imminent!
May 2, 2017
From the desk of:
Mat Staver, President
Christians in Defense of Israel
Please be in prayer for two big events today. First, I’m preparing to meet Vice President Mike Pence at the White House this afternoon in a celebration that commemorates Israeli Independence Day.
That brings me to my second prayer point. I want to let Vice President Pence know that tens of thousands of Americans are opposing the latest U.N. assault against Israel and its citizens that is coming in the form of the anti-Semitic United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) resolution. Drafted by Arab states on behalf of the Palestinians, the UNESCO resolution rejects Israel’s sovereignty over Jerusalem and denies any Jewish connection to key holy sites in Bethlehem and Hebron.
Would you take a moment right now to sign our “Stop the U.N.’s Assault on Israel” petition so I can represent your voice during my White House meeting today? Click here or on the button below to sign this important petition opposing this U.N. assault and calling on the U.S. government to support our greatest Mideast ally:
A vote by UNESCO is expected TODAY — the same day Israel will be celebrating its independence. It’s amazing that the Lord has made it possible for me to meet with Vice President Pence this afternoon so I can personally deliver a message from thousands of friends and supporters of Israel. Click here to sign now.
Thank you so much for your partnership with Christians in Defense of Israel as we stand with our Jewish brothers and sisters while they celebrate their independence.
P.S. I will file a full report for you after my meeting with Vice President Pence. Right now, please sign the national “Stop the U.N.’s Assault on Israel” petition so I can deliver the strongest message possible to the Vice President today at the White House:
