For a close-knit group of West Point graduates, this was a deployment unlike any other. Their battlefield was Capitol Hill. They are the classmates of fallen West Point graduate Taylor Force working on the Hill alongside Taylor’s family and friends.
Taylor Force was an American Army hero who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was brutally stabbed to death by a Palestinian terrorist on March 8, 2016 while visiting Israel. After the terrorist was shot and killed, his body was returned to his family by the Israeli authorities.
Taylor’s dad lamented, ”[The killer’s] family immediately qualified for a monthly stipend of up to $3,500 from the Palestinian Authority… The celebrations heightened when they found out that Taylor was an American.'”
“‘I was absolutely disgusted… to hear about the P.A celebrating his death, and it was this ‘great’ thing,’ noted West Point graduate Jordan Morfitt. ‘I thought, No, you took one of the best people I’d ever met, it obviously should be penalized.'”
“‘Taylor was the best younger brother a girl could ask for,’ said his sister Kristen as she stood in the hallway, outside one of the Senator’s offices. ‘He was always my hero even before he was in the military. He was just, he was a wonderful person. He was the most selfless person I’ll ever meet,'” as interviewed by FoxNews.
Responding to the meeting, Senator Cruz of Taylor’s home state of Texas, stated, “How do you explain to any American that your taxpayer dollars are going to fund terrorists who are murdering Americans? It is indefensible, and it needs to stop now.”
Outrageously, our taxpayer dollars continue to help fund the Palestinian’s “Pay to Slay” program because the full Senate has failed to take up the bill since the House passed it last fall.
Will you join me today in strongly urging the Senate to act?
We are delivering our “Pass the Taylor Force Act” petition to Senate leadership on Thursday, March 8th, the anniversary date of the slaying of Taylor Force.
+ + “Pay to Slay” must end.
It is unconscionable that you and I — United States taxpayers — help provide over $700 million of direct and indirect “aid” money to the Palestinians that is then used in part to fund the Palestinian “Pay to Slay” policy that rewards terrorists and their families.
And, it is outrageous that our government would, for so long, turn a blind eye to actions that violate international law and fan the flames of hatred, terrorism, and murder.
But with the help of friends like you, we will see it end . . . and SOON! We need 10,000 new petition signers over the next 36 hours to make a greater impact!
Please join with us in signing the petition calling for Congress to demand that the Palestinians stop funding terrorism or we’ll stop our funding to them! One click here or on the banner and your name will be immediately and automatically added to the petition that will be delivered to Senate leaders on Thursday.
Thank you for joining us in this important anti-terror effort!
God bless you,
Mat Staver, Chairman

The Petition States:
I join with many other pro-Israel Americans in calling for the passage of the Taylor Force Act. The Palestinians must be held accountable for their egregious law that authorizes payments to individuals and their families who commit acts of terrorism against American and Israeli citizens. Economic aid must cease unless the Palestinian Authority stops its outrageous practice of rewarding terrorists and their families with financial aid. No more money for murder!
